Villa David&Matej with a beautiful view of the sea from the terrace and pool is intended for larger families and groups of friends up to eight people.
Guests will certainly enjoy their vacation surrounded by peaceful nature, with a private barbecue and a swimming pool in a large yard dominated by beautiful olive trees.
Accommodation on the ground floor of the house of a total of 100m2 has: 4 rooms (three large double rooms and one single room), two bathrooms with large showers and two well-equipped kitchens. In order to provide maximum comfort, privacy and quality of stay for guests, the accommodation is divided into two accommodation units, each of which has a separate entrance.
The space is air-conditioned, has free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The outdoor area is 1500 m2, where there are: a large swimming pool with a sunbathing area and a nice covered terrace with a stone grill. All facilities in the yard are intended exclusively for guests. The yard is fenced so it is completely safe for children and pets. Free parking is provided in the yard of the house.
The owners are always at the guests’ service in case of need.
